Performing Arts
Once you complete our Foundations of Theatre course, you won’t just understand theatre, you’ll own it. You’ll gain the confidence, discipline, and creative skill to step into a leading role on stage or take charge behind the scenes as a director for our Annual Theatre Festival. This is where students stop watching and start doing. From the very beginning, we treat you like an artist in training, preparing you for real responsibility and real creative leadership.

Our program goes far beyond the basics. We offer advanced, in-depth training in theatre arts for students who are ready to push themselves further. With commitment and curiosity, you may even find yourself directing a full-length production of your own choosing, supported every step of the way by experienced faculty. We believe that high expectations paired with strong mentorship create extraordinary growth, and we are proud to challenge students to rise to that level.

At the heart of our performing arts program is trust. We empower students to create, experiment, and take ownership of their work, because there is no better way to learn than by doing. You’ll collaborate, problem-solve, and discover your artistic voice in an environment that values courage, imagination, and effort. This is a space where mistakes are part of the process and creativity is taken seriously.

We also understand that students balance many passions. If you’re a varsity athlete or deeply involved in other commitments, our program remains fully accessible. You might join our popular Impulse Comedy Troupe for a trimester, or choose a smaller role in another production, without sacrificing quality. Every trimester delivers a true varsity-level arts experience, ensuring that no matter your schedule, you remain connected, challenged, and inspired.
